Rusty and his team provided friendly and great service replacing a fourteen year old Lennox air conditioning unit and a new Goodman unit. The entire service was completed within one day, and the crew was very conscious of being tidy and cleaning up afterwards. An added nice touch was Rusty visiting the next day to ensure the unit was operating properly and I was completely satisfied with the quotation and installation experience. I now have a new contact and phone number for all future heating, plumbing and air conditioning needs. Would definitely recommend!

This is the 2nd time that we had to use their services over the past 7 years, and I was impressed the first time, and am so, so impressed this 2nd time, that I am sharing our experience (first time ever providing a testimonial for any company... that is how I value their service and great work!). Scenario - it's Canada Day long weekend: we came home a day early (Sunday) from being at the lake for 10 days, and found that our hot water tank was leaking. Found Rusty's phone number and gave him a call. Help please!. He advised what to do, and was at our home in a very short time. Because the tank was not that old, he thought that we should try replacing the pressure relief valve first, which would be less costly and might fix the issue. But, he told us to watch it closely for a couple of days, which we did. On Tuesday evening, we discovered that it was leaking - pouring out of the top through the seams. Called Rusty and indicated that it looked like our Hot Water tank was 'done". He indicated that he had a team in our community the next day...so in less than 24 hours, Rusty's team picked up a new hot water tank, delivered and installed within 2 hours of being at the home, and all with great professionalism. The old tank had something wrong with the inside lining (not sure). But, what I am sure about is this: what service! how great he and his team are!. Thank you. Thank you!!
